Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Pre-Order Policy

​

First and foremost, PreOrder purchase orders should be placed separately from each other, and well as In Stock items. This is due, in part, because they will ship separately from things that are ready to ship now, therefore two shipping amounts are needed to process the separate shipments. Secondarily, once received - preOrder Orders are set aside within our system for later processing when the items are received.  If we only have 1 order with two shipments, that would require a list, which...let's face it - makes our head spin and yours too. It just makes your preOrder hard to keep track of, and we both want it to be easy! 

Regarding our preOrder process: Collections are ordered prior to PreOrder listing and each collection is scheduled by the fabric company to arrive at The Quilted Boutique within a certain month. These time frames are usually fairly accurate, but,  under circumstances such as Global Supply Chain Delays, which can affect shipping times, these estimates can sometimes be a bit wonky.

At any rate, your preOrder secures your place in line, so to speak, so that when the collection does arrive - preOrder purchases of the bundle cut size you've selected are the first to be cut and shipped, prior to the in-stock listing of remaining quantities for availability. Rest assured, we make preorder's a priority once collections arrive we are committed to getting them cut, and packaged, and into your waiting hands as quickly as possible

REFUND POLICY -

We do not offer refunds on CUT fabrics. If the fabric is defective please make us aware of the issue in writing and with images, and we will consider replacement.

​

We do not offer refunds on BACK-ORDERED ITEMS, unless there has been a discontinuation of the item by the manufacturer.

Items often Back Order during a sales event, and as such when many people order during a large sale event, items can slip into a back order position.

Once the back order arrives it will promptly ship. 

​

We do not offer refunds on PRE-ORDERS. Mixing Pre-Order items with in stock items on the same invoice  is something to take note of. We do not ship in stock items separately on combined orders containing both: in stock - pre-order items. We wait to ship the in-stock items  until the Pre-Order items arrive. Should you want the orders shipped separately an extra shipping fee will apply.

Pre-Order Policy
